Starting out as a practicing physical therapist, Kushant moved into executive roles including Director of Rehabilitation, Director of Finance, and CFO in public, private, and nonprofit healthcare settings. He’s led revenue operations for publicly traded and for-profit companies and most recently served as VP of Finance for one of Southeast Michigan’s largest senior care nonprofits. Now, through his own firm , S.K.I.L.L Consultants, LLC and in partnership with KSH Consulting, Kushant offers strategic leadership, interim CFO services, and financial guidance to organizations navigating the complex world of senior care.
